Charlie and June Nichols of Malaga, Washington installed a 10
kW Bergey GridTek system on a 100 ft. guyed-lattice tower in April, 2002.
They wanted to reduce their electric bill and take advantage of an innovative
clean energy incentive program offered by Chelan County Public Utilities
District. The Nichols' installation was the subject of a very nice and
very detailed article by Mike Fischer that appeared in the August-September 2003
